LE REVE LE CLUB MISLEADING PROCUCT AND UPON CANCELING, NEVER RECEIVED CREDIT BACK. PLAYA DEL CARMEN MEXICO
Le Reve in Playa Del Carmen, offered a time share product to us. We were told that we would get rates for $169.00 per week using the DAE or ICE programs. These were not even available for us and they also promised us that cruise lines, such as Disney, Carnival, Royal Carribean, etc. would be $169.00 for a week. This is why we signed up....thought it would be great to take the kids for once for cheap. This was not the case. Comparable cruise on the sites were well above $4,000.00. They claim they never promised us that. Then when we canceled the membership we were told 14 business days for a credit to be received.....that was 3 months ago and we are still waiting......They keep telling me it is in processing. I know they are slow in Mexico, but come on.....I thankfully have disputed the transaction with VISA and will get to the bottom of this. They will be forced to credit me back now....They do not respond to my e-mails and both phone numbers listed for them do not work any more. This was the worst experience...do not stay there!!!! The resort is run by a bunch of crooks. I have asked so many times to talk to the owner or manager, and I always get the same lady. She is just a sales rep and is never helpful. Please have nothing to do with LE REVE if ever in Playa Del Carmen.
