Lead Research Group is a bunch of liars. They say whatever it takes to their customers to get the sale. Tel Server does not have a 1 second billing increment! it is 6 seconds, and they lie to their customers about this to give them an edge. Most business owners do not understand what that means anyway. There is no way to change the billing increment on Tel Server so i if they try to say they have the ability, that's also a lie. Our company ran on tel server for over a year so we know the system very well. We also had a run in with LRG, and it wasn't a positive experience. We sent in a deposit for dialing services and it took them almost 2 weeks to get us set up. At the time, we were new in the biz, and the training they provided was sub par.

We had to figure out the system on our own because their tech department was always too busy to help us. We really liked the system so when our money was depleted, we tried to find another company that used the same system. They also gave us the BS line that they owned the system as well. When we switched to the other company ( not going to name names ) they told us that LRG lies to customers all of the time about that and they thought it was a bit comical. The point is that there is a pattern here, and if you want to give your hard earned money to a company that has to lie, who knows what else they are lying about. Im sure LRG is a legit company but, why do you have to lie to your customers?  Maybe this will be a wake up call to STOP LYING !!!!  I never wish anyone harm but sometimes when you do things like this, karma comes back to bite you in the butt !!!
