I have been using Voice Broadcasting for a number of years, 10+.  I have always used the Tel-Server Platform, and was satisfied.  As many customers, I shop around every now and then to find better rates per minute.  I was using over 1 millions minutes a month at .0175 cents per minute, rounded to the nearest sixth second.

I called into Lead Research Group, and was glad to hear that they also used the Tel-Server Platform... Not only that, but the representative I spoke with, Rob Brack, assured me that LRG not only created but OWNED the platform.  I was excited... after discussing with Rob the options available, he told me the lowest he could sell me a package for would be .0225 cents per minute.  Confused, I asked why so high, since I am committing over a million minutes.  He explained to me that since LRG owns the platform they control how I get charged, and I would be charged in 1 second incriments.

I bit, and gave LRG $5,000.

After running my campaign, I noticed very little difference, If anything their complimentary data was terrible.  My average cost per transfer had gone up yet I was running around the same minutes per transfer?

I spoke to Rocky in their "IT" department, and he told me that minutes get rounded to the nearest 6th second, not nearest second!  So my cost had gone up, I recieved worse data, and I was being charged in the same increments!

Total RIP OFF!

Not to mention, when I asked for a refund OF MY REMAINING BALANCE, I was denied!  AND GET THIS! LRG DOES NOT OWN THE TEL-SERVER PLATORM! Another company by the name of Net Dot Solutions does, and LRG is under one of their resellers!

Stay away from Lead Research Group, their voice broadcasting, direct mail, and radio/TV spots!

Total crooks!

It has become my life mission to run these liars out of business, YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE LAST OF ME!

Thank you for filing this report and bringing your situation to our attention. We have never heard of some of the allegations you propose, so I would appreciate a chance to discuss the matter in depth with you, online or offline - your choice.

We used to offer live transfer services, prior to legislation which outlawed the practice on Sept 1, 2009. I cannot attest to the specifics of your experience based on a guess of which order this may apply to within our system.  I can assure you that the platform we were using was Tel-Server, and any claims to our ownership of the original underlying programming and software/hardware may have been misconstrued.

Our goal at Lead Research Group is to deliver turn-key solutions to a business such as yours with simplicity and ease. It sounds as if you are more knowledgeable than an average business owner in terms of how dialing platforms work.  It should come as no surprise to you that Tel-Server was one of the biggest and most robust platforms available for these services.

I also cannot verify what Mr Brack had indicated in your conversations. All of our sales staff is very well trained and capable of explaining the pros & cons of each of our marketing services. Since we no longer offer live transfers, nor the Tel-Server platform, the point is no longer relevant to its superiority in the dialing platform world.

Our rates, at the time, cannot be compared apples to apples with other dialing vendors. Lead Research Group bundles a variety of value-added services in order to facilitate a better experience through our platforms. While a Ford Pinto and a S600 Mercedes will both get you to the same place, at the same time, it is the value and luxury of a more robust and full-featured platform delivered by a reputable company that distinguishes price.  We always believe that our services are fair market value for what we deliver (including price, performance, results). If that is higher or lower than our competition will allow the market to determine if we stay in business or not.

Our dialer platform was configured as "real-time" billing - which means that for every second you are on the phone (connected) you would be billed for 1 second.  We never rounded to 6 second increments - as most of our competition had been doing at the time. This alone saved considerable expense to our clients and afforded us the opportunity to work with many satisfied customers.

I am not sure how, to whom, or with what regard you requested a refund. I would be happy to look up your customer record and see what events transpired. We're here to help solve problems by providing a solution. Your report doesn't necessarily prove any good will or expectation on your part other to tarnish our company's reputation.
