LEADERS has worked diligently in the past to resolve any issues this merchant has had with our company. We are confused as to why the merchant feels we would do anything less for him now. The $99 fee the merchant refers to in his complaint is his Annual Fee. This Annual Fee is a standard fee the merchant agreed to when he signed his contract with us and was processing with us for the calendar yar of 2009. This fee can be found on his contract on the Schedule of Fees (page 2 of 4). As promised to the merchant by our Merchant Services department when he called in, LEADERS agreed to and has already issued a refund of the $99 Annual Fee to the merchant (ACH'd into his account on 1/26/2010). LEADERS would like to wish this merchant well with business and future endeavors and we consider this dispute to be resolved and closed.

Thank you for the kind words Sarah from Leader's. So far you cost me a few hundred dollars and I got nothing from you.
"As a good faith gesture" you closed my account after taking some of my money.
Than why do you keep charging me???
7 months later, you are charging me more money. Thank you for your good faith!!!
Please, please stop taking my money. I already paid for my mistake...

In December, 7 moths after my account was "closed" they pulled another 99 dollars from my account. Take my advice, after you cancel with them, change your bank account, apparently this is the only way to stop them from taking your money....

LEADERS would like to apologize to this merchant for the experience he had with our company. We pride ourselves on providing all of our merchants with superior customer service and to hear a complaint such as this is disheartening. Ryan Moss is one of our top sales representatives with a wonderful reputation with his merchants. As one of our senior representatives, Ryan Moss knows of LEADERS' full contract disclosure policy and encourages all of his merchants to read their contract before signing and faxing back any documentation. LEADERS would also like to remind the merchant that the fax covers sent with all applications state, We recommend that you carefully review all of the materials we provide to you to ensure your understanding of our fees, terms and conditions. It is clear to LEADERS that this merchant did not read his contract, as recommended and prior to signing, from the issues that he has stated in this complaint. LEADERS has reviewed this merchant's contract and has, as a good faith gesture, closed this merchant's account and waived the Early Termination Fee. Once again, LEADERS would like to apologize to this merchant for any misunderstandings and we would like to wish him well with his business and all future endeavors
