ANYBODY STARTING A NEW BUSINESS WILL MORE THAN LIKELY GET SOMETHIN IN THE MAIL FROM THESE PREDATORS OFFERING MERCHANT SERVICES. IF YOU WANT A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WITH NOT TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES IN YOUR PROCESSING STAY AWAY FROM THESE KROOQUES THEY WILL SCREW YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN AND THEY WILL TRY TO TALK PROFESSIONAL TO YOU TO JUSTIFY THAT, AND THEY WILL HOPE THAT YOU ARE IGNORANT AND DUMB ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THEM.
THEY HELD $20,000 OF MY MONEY AND THEY ONLY RETURNED $12,000 PLEASE DONT LISTEN TO THEIR REBUTTAL THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO COVER THEIR ASSES THEY ARE KROOQUES AND THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL ALSO THREATEN TO PUT YOU ON THE (TMF LIST) TERMINATED MERCHANT LIST SO YOU CANT HAVE ACCESS TO A MERCHANT ACCOUNT NOWHERE AFTER THEM.

Risk is a Dangerous Issue in this Industry

Leaders Merchant Services is very sorry that this merchant had a poor experience with us. To be completely honest, the threat of fraud and the risk of chargebacks and losing money is a very dangerous issue to merchant service providers. When an MSP such as LEADERS encounters a risk issue in the nature of the business or the transactions that are run, certain precautions need to be taken to make sure all parties involved don't face a loss. Sometimes this requires that the MSP hold funds to make sure there is money on hand in the event of a merchant chargeback. Unfortunately, due to the fact that there is no way for us to identify the merchant who filed this complaint, we cannot address the particular situation. It is very important to know what was occurring at the time for the funds to have been held. It's also important that merchants always know the rules of MasterCard and Visa, because if a merchant is caught breaking the rules, the funds can be held and never released, and then a merchant can be placed on a Terminated Merchant File list (TMF). This would not be due to LEADERS' rules, but rather the regulations of the MasterCard and Visa organizations, which LEADERS MUST abide by. Please understand that rules are rules, and beyond that, LEADERS will always do everything possible to help a merchant. Our company would not succeed without our continued support for the success of our merchants.
