Being a repeat customer means nothing to Joe Aborizk unfortunately for me. Having located Leading Edge Appliances on Craigs List I purchased a washing machine site unseen. Joe was three days late for delivery after promissing a specific time he'd arrive. On the third day late in the evening he finally appeared. He took the old washing macine which wasn't broke. We had a leak in the water line, though not his fault. Our second fridge went out a couple of months later. I called Joe informed of my concerns w/ missing work & waiting on his postponed delivery system. This time it only took 6-days. Paying cash again we immediatelly went out of town. Arriving back 2 weeks later everything was spoiled. Absolutely no cold air.

Having two months (60 days) hand written on the back of his card warranty I called. He assured me he'd fix or replace it. No Joe, no service, no replacement, no call back. Excuse after excuse, I left messages, e~mailed no response. Being in the Home Improvement industry for over 30yrs. I advised him that I'd put him on Rip Off Report! That did get me a response via text msg. Claiming schedule difficulties seeing how he's a 1 man outfit. That was over two weeks ago. Low & behold no Joe, no calls & certainly no working fridge!!! My best friend's wife works for the IRS. My wife wants me to turn him in & thinks I'm an idiot. I believe in small business & gave him every chance after several no-shows, no courtesy calls & no working appliance. Knowing what I know now, I am an idiot. Reap what you sew Big Joe. As far as I'm concerned, customers mean nothing to you. I'm in homes every day throughout West coast central Fla. Servicing my clients. Highly recommend you get off your fat lazy a** & do the same!!!

C'mon Joe, you skirted all around & never addressed my issues ! I get your attempt to call your actions honorable & what a good guy you are. I understand you claim to have many satisfied customers. The BBB recommends you give names & numbers.
I had as previously stated a (REAL) appliance repair company come in and I paid the reasonable fee. Only to further regret ever trying to help you.

It was Sept 21, 2011 when you finally arrived. I agreed to pay X-tra for the fabulouse fridge. We left town for a couple of weeks & return home to a "spoiled mess" in early October 2011. To date you have NEVER ARRIVED, let alone offered any money back. Nor were you willing to come remove this scabed together piece of junk! We would have really appreciated at least that.
In clossing I'm sorry you feel incapeable of communicating w/ me. I shouldn't have referred to your unhealthy appearance on your lower extremities. I probably should just have simply said, " you are an a*s "! Now put your big boy panties on & accept the facts.

Competition is a good thing. There's tons of orphans just like us looking for dependable, honest, & relieable outfits. You don't qualify. I'll help you w/ the math Joe. 6-months, 1/2 of a year, over 182 days. Your Rebuttal's as weak as your services. Remember just be honest, you'll save your limited brain cells a whole lot less stress! Once again, GOOD LUCK.

I have many more satisfied customers than unsatisfied customers, I give a 60 day guarantee and I honor my guarantee because I don't want this type of trash written about me. No one reading these reports knows when the customer purchased the used machine. Yes I am in the used appliance business.

I give a 60 day guarantee so no one feels like they got took. I do get busy and my intentions are honorable. If any one feels they have been done wrong by me I will gladly give them back there money to avoid negitive publicity. It is good business sense. I have fixed several machines after the 60 days has ex-pired in some cases just to keep a good customer. I also get many referrerals. And customers talk about what a great service I provide. My competitors are the ones who don't like me. Not my customers. Free Delivery, shop at home, I provide a very convienant service to the consumer.

In closing I am a friendly person, and some people don't know how to talk to others in a respectful way. I admit I avoid disrespectful customers. But I will settle with them in a resonable business manner.
