Lean Life Pm HUGE ripoff! They charge you before you even get to try the free trial Internet
This is such a joke. The website lets you order a free trial package, and then states that after 14 days you will be charged $99.00. The package is supposed to take 4-6 days to ship. I ordered the free trial to try out the product, and it never arrived. So I am trying to cancel my membership before the 14 days for a week, by sending numerous emails to the customer service email address, which were never answered. I call the phone number that is listed and get a voicemail to leave a message, which was never returned. On the 15th day, I finally get through on the phone, and they have already charged my credit card the $99, even though I have been trying to cancel for a week! And, I still haven't even recieved the free trial. This is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen!
