Lease Finance Group Fraud. with credit card terminal., false information Chicago Illinois
I have cancelled my account from Retriever. I had agree to have a terminal installed under the understament that Retriever selling it for $500 @ $25.00 per month. My bank account have been deited for $29.95 + $7.95 a mont.
I, Find out that my account was from LFG LLC. I called them to cancel my account and they said that I have a non-cancellable contract( I was very surprised by that statement, I never were told or informed about that.
I wrote to LFG LLC asking for a copy of non-cancellable contract that I supposely signed, No response, I asked for an Itemized statement, no response, but I was sent to the credit bureaus, making it more difficult to get credit.
Please help me clear all of this with the credit bureaus. I do not want to pay them because I really believe that it is an scam, and I do not want this people to hurt other people like me.

Skip the BBB's, they won't help. You must write to the FBI and the illinios Attorney General. LFG and their ghost companies suck honest hard working people into the so called non cancellable leases. They know exactly what they are doing. It's all smoke and mirrors and it is a form of racketeering and extortion; this is a federal offense and they must be stopped. Take action, don't be a victim. Where the hell is the class action lawsuit?? JK San Antonio, Texas
