As of 11/16/09 I have received every cent owed to me. I disputed my transactions with plimus, his charge processor. I provided them with my story and explained about his so called "beta loader" and asked them to mediate the dispute.
They refunded all my money after hearing my case. I did the dispute per transaction as I had automatically renewed (at $40 too not $25).
The first transaction he attempted to respond, but they refunded my money due to "eminent customer chargeback". The second dispute he did not respond to, I guess that he knew he was going to lose and he was cutting his losses.
I advise anyone who is ripped off to go to his charge processor and dispute the claim. If you talk intelligently, the people at plimus do listen and will make things right. I was so surprised that they actually refunded my money.
This goes to show you, don't give up. If you persist, you will win.
