other important documents that are sent to the bank in order for car loans to go through. I believe that Mr. Harrelson has a Toyota dealership, right? ALL Americans who have a car loan for their Toyota, or any other car purchased or leased at a Toyota dealership should CONTACT THE BANK immediately and demand COPIES of every piece of paperwork that the Toyota dealership sent them, especially the CREDIT APPLICATION that has your 'monthly income', 'years on the job', 'job title', etc. There is a chance that some, most, or even ALL of the information was ALTERED by someone at the dealership, & signatures could have been FORGED. If this is the case, then get a lawyer & sue the dealership, & contact all of your local News stations immediately!

Did someone miss the Comprehension Component of English Language 101?
Even someone with 1/4 of a brain would have understood that the writer of this report clearly meant the "financial" paperwork (i.e) Name and information of Finance Company, payment arrangements etc.
The writer stated " But I still asked for the paperwork OTHER THAN THE CONTRACT to show financing arrangements"
Thanks to Ripoffreports.com for giving us a platform to inform and educate interested parties how to protect themselves.

Someone missed the Comprehension Component of English Language 101, in the first Rebuttal.
The report clearly stated this person asked for paperwork OTHER THAN THE CONTRACT (i.e) the company financing the car, AND/OR payment arrangements I am assuming.
Any person with quarter of a brain would have understood that.

Make sure to click on- 'Airbags' when you are there and read all of those complaints too. You can also 'Google' this- TOYOTA AND GENERAL MOTORS HAVE BEEN NAMED IN A LAWSUIT THAT, and read about the 'Whistleblower Lawsuit' by a quality inspector at a plant that Toyota & GM shared. That plant is allegedly being CLOSED sometime in the next year, according to recent reports on the web.

If you do leave without the paperwork in your hand, they are setting you up for the "spot delivery scam".
I had a dealership try this on me, but they signed the contract and gave it to me. They called a month later wanting more money. Told them too bad, I have a contract and you need to honor it. They did, they knew they didn't really have a choice. The finance manager even stated "We spot delivered it". I told him too bad that's illegal and he knew he was screwed.

"But I still asked for the paperwork other than the Contract, to show financing arrangements and was told it would be in the mail."
You still signed and drove the vehicle off the lot. You also didn't make sure the plates were in your name.
This place could not have ripped you off if you had half a brain.
