Legal Affidavit Office, ERIC MATTHEWS I am so glad I went to this website, I almost paid these JERKS!! Irvine California
I received a call on my cell phone on Friday, 10/17 at about 4.14pm. There was a voice message left on my phone for me to return the call and if I didn't that they wished me the best of luck.
So curious I returned the call and received "Eric Matthews", he said that he was trying to help me because the US National Bank was pressing charges against me for an unpaid payday loan I had thru Fash Cash.com. Idistinctly argued with him because I only had one payday loan and it was not thru this company and that I had just received the loan a few days ago and had not even hit the first repay date. He insisted that I had to pay 519.00 before my court date on Monday or charges would be filed against me. I told him I would make arrangements and call him back on Monday morning with my payment info.
I had cried all weekend, worried about how I, as a single mother of 3 young boys were going to provide for my kids thru a jail cell.
I had called the number back numerous times this morning and was literally getting ready to give them my debit card #. Something told me to look up "legal affidavit office" and there she blew-countless complaints about this same company and this same phone and this same jerk, Eric Matthews!!
These people need to be stopped!!!! Be so careful as to what you put online, I almost took food right out of my children's mouth for these people!!
If you receive a call like this, make sure NOT to give them any info and to alert them that you are going to call the police.
