FOR THE LAST 17 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN LIED TO ABOUT MY MODIFICATION!!! EVERY MONTH I HAD A NEGOTIATOR (BRIAN BILL). ASK ME TO UP-DATE BANK INFORMATION, AND PERSONAL INFORMATION. HE SAID HE HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MY LENDER FOR THE PAST YEAR! I RECIEVED SOME REJECTION LETTERS FROM MY LENDER, BUT BRIAN SAID TO IGNORE THEM!! HE WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH THE BANK TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PROBLEMS WITH MY MODIFICATION. FINNALY I GOT A PERSONAL REP FROM MY LENDER TO DEAL WITH DIRECTLY. SO I WAS ABOUT TO PULL THE PLUG ON THESE THEIVES WHEN I RECIEVED THE LETTER DATED 12/22/10 THAT THEY WERE OUT OF BUSINESS! SO THERE GOES MY $2500!! UNLESS I CAN BE PART OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT, TO BRING THESE DIRT BAGS TO JUSTICE.
