LEGAL MEDIATION PRACTICE Unethical, harassing, Class Action, predatory Jacksonville Florida
I reside in Los Angeles, California received a call from a Robert Taylor, Legal Mediation Practice, was told if I did not pay law enforcement would be at my door. My first reaction was of shock because I knew I had pay. I chose to move my account to another bank for better rates and closed my account, well unfortunately, this payment wasn't paid by the bank as it was a smaller amount all other checks had cleared. (Bank policies) I wasn't aware because according to my bank statements it was paid, anyway, I have been unemployed for several months, I received fone call from Legal Mediation Practice on Friday, March 7, 2008, at 3:30pm Pacific time to pay or else.
Now any reasonable person will make every effort to pay these idiots are clearly violating the FTC under Sections 804 and thereafter. The threats are extremly intimidating, such as "you have been a good person of the community" you don't want your family to see you lock up", get the money from somebody."
I called again to obtain an address and some Bimbo answered the phone and when I requested an address she replied "what department" I told her legal she put me on hold to trace the call came back and responded with my name and stated that they do not accept payments in the office, only credit, debit or western union and I needed to speak to my attorney. Obviously, they are changing their tactics and becoming more experienced in what and how to say to instill fear and anxiety which could lead to health challenge, which I almost had.
I went to the Internet and I became annoyed that I am not the only person who has experienced this grevious injustice. We have corporations who don't pay timely but their credit is extended. Working class people must become aware and know are rights.
Something needs to happen, these tactics are upsetting and I am a senior who used a service and will not ever again.
I don't appreciate these methods and People we need to do something. Is there legal representation for working class people or once again only the wealthy to secure their finances, what about us.
Legal Mediation Practice leaves a bad taste for companies who really are true representatives of Legal Mediation Practice.
