Legal Zoom Ripoff and deceitful Boulder CO
Legal zooms website is deceptive. It states if you don't know what you really need click here to take you to a questionaire. It helped me to choose the wrong thing for what I needed. I consulted with the attorney I had access to, she told me they steered me to the wrong item I needed. She told me to get a refund, well they won't refund nothing. Also when they ask if you want to represent yourself or have them do it, again they don't state that they charge till after you pay.
You call everyone gives you a different answer. Now for the next two months I am stuck making payments of over $600.00 for an LLC I didn't need. Legalized robbery, how convient.

May I ask what for, your company clearly stated that they will not change the LLC to copyright and or trademark.
So what's the point, your people said they will not change it and that I will pay the remaing fees.
This is wrong, unless you are willing to change the LLc to copyright. They clearly argue the point it was my fault for doing the questionaire. Well excuse me then what is it there for?
I clearly stated what it is I do, your site suggested LLC, and the lawyer consultation said no that's not what you should be and call Legal Zoom for a refund. Every one of your companies representatives told me we don't do refunds.
Again this is wrong and sorry unethical practices as far as I am concerned
Please don't bother me anymore, unless you are willing to make it right, otherwise I am paying for the next 2 months fees for an LLC I don'y need.
Also did I mentioned I had to pay the state to dissolve the LLC?
