I recently placed an order with Legal Zoom to prepare the required documents and filings for an LLC. I paid for the expedited gold service. I have not received what I paid for. They have performed poorly in completing the order. First, they have admitted to delays (on their end). Second, they sent an email to me stating that they have attempted to contact me several times and the order cannot be further processed until I respond. I contacted them and let them know they had NOT tried to contact me as their email stated. Their response was "the email was sent in error, that has been happening lately". I asked them if they planned to refund the expedited fee that I paid. The customer service person I spoke with needs to get a job for a bill collector, he would be great at that.  I am a repeat customer with Legal Zoom. No More. I am not a satisfied customer and I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
