Legal Zoom Deliberatiley delaying the sevice to extort more monety from the clients california
I placed order on line and proided them with my address . They apparentky filed with the wrong address and the computer from the IRS did nor except the address.Instead of us highway 19 they got 319 , so Irs did not accept the address so nothing was files keep in mind I paid them more than 1100 for their services . They still end up collecting $55 dollars for refiling which they didnot do and still giving me run around for a month .
They said they have a recording that I gave them the wrong address but they will not provide me with the evidence I have no choice but to pay them
today they send me the paperwork to fill up with the signature while they did my signature on the previous paperwork without getting authorized by me So I got ripped of big time I have no LLc filed yet Dba got approved with the wrong address
They were very friendly when they wanted my money. I cannot even talk to the superviser They said If the supervisor will talk i have to pay then 300 more because apparently they are doing me a big favor
Do not use legal zoom ...

Below i attached the email correspond and the payment structure. I should not pay for fein number to obtain because it was not obtained before but than they transfer me to the department for dba and the guy told me basically i have to pay it all any ways as you can see the money refunded originally the found a way to take it back. I paid them today for my tax id because I am sick and tired of fighting with them
I will do my DBA myself as I anm not willing to pay $180 more and I still have to pay them around $192 dollars next month for not providing anything

If your DBA address was also provided incorrectly, then you will need to submit a new DBA order to resolve. As a courtesy, I will give you a store credit for your previous DBA order that you can use to purchase your new DBA, but you will need to pay any new county filing fees.
I have issued the store credit of $99.00 today and you will have 60 days to use the funds towards your new order.

I am so called the victim. I pacifically asked the person that i needed the llc done asap and I got the premium service you guys got and signed legal zoom as my registered agent , and than I ordered the dba through legal zoom and apparently
But I am stuck paying you guys customer REP was rude and said that if you go a head and file on your own than to it,but you have to pay our fees, it felt like that it just about you got your money and hell with the customer
And how come I will give the wrong address ,as if I do not know my own home address.
I was told that the supervisor review the tape and I gave the wrong address but they refuse to give me the recording on top of all the fees I end up giving $55 amendment too which in the first place is your fault.
Everybody seems wanting to help there, but nobody actually does, anyways I just need to know when my filing will be it is close to the month now.
And I could not have known the filing details If i had not log into my account , nobody had the courtesy to even call and said that your filing was delayed because of the address
I am losing weeks of my business operation

The credit you gave me they apply towards fein obtain and so end up paying 50 dollars more for service agreement I thought I was charged for that before since we never filled fein before
I am really confused with the service . The girl I talked to earlier she filled all these for me I have to only talk to the guy for DBA but he end up asking all information again and filled the things again
What is going on I am not sure in the meanwhile my DBA is still not done
At this point I am really tired arguing I paid whatever they ask me
DBA is still up in the air . I will call IRA and state department may be they can help
At the end all the arguing for nothing you guys end up charging the original amount and I end up paying for all the amendments

That's the reply I got from legal zoom . They did give me 75 dollars back , but my filing is not done yet and now I hear a different story that they are not going to do a change for my DBA AT FIRST THEY SAID PAY US MONEY FOR LLC AND WE DO COURYESY DBA CHANGE. Bunch of liars
