legal zoom legalzoom Complete waste of money and time Internet
So i am in the process of trying to start a new Sole proprietorship and decided to allow Legalzoom to assist in filing. I have had nothing but problems with trying to get the name pushed through and everytime i call and see what is going on, I get round about answers and promisies they never keep. I live in Arizona where you can check withing 2 minutes whether a business name is taken yet it has taken them over a week to even address the issue and i payed them almost 200 dollars for this. I am EXTREMELY unhappy so far and if things do not speed up i will be asking for a refund.
Bottom line...
Horrible management skills and even worse customer service
