This company is a ripoff. They lure you to their services by posting extremely low drug prices. Then, when you subscribe, they require a prescription. If you don't have one, you get linked to a different website, where the prices are much higher.

I immediately cancelled my subscription, since I found better prices on the internet than with them. They charged my credit card anyway through PangeaProcessing.com in February: $3.27 an one time non-refundable fee , and $32.95.

They simply ignored my cancellation, even though they claim a 100% guaranty that you can cancel at any time. In March they not only charged me again, this time it is posted as Pay.Ecom, and get this, not only once, but t w i c e the amount of $32.95!

They have done nothing for me, they ignore e-mails, claiming that your e-mail was received and someone will get back to you in 48-72 hours. Then you get Warning Messages, This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification, that delivery to the recipient has been delayed, and that it will be retried 2 more times. I have contacted my bank twice, but I fear I have to close my accounts so that I will not be charged again in April.

This was an expensive endavour of $102.12 for them doing absolutely nothing, except ignoring repeated cancellation requests. This company is a rip off and must be stopped.

We're very sorry that you were unhappy with the service that you received. It is clearly stated in the FAQs of our site that a prescription is required, so this should come as no surprise to you. With regard to our cancellation policy, it is completely true that you may cancel at any time. In addition you can receive your money back at any time during the first 30 days simply for the asking. From the little info that you have given it sounds as if there was some problem on your end sending email to our customer service address. The Delivery Failure Notice that you have described is sent by your mail server, not ours. At any rate there are other methods available to you for cancellation. You can view these by clicking the 'Contact' link on the site. In short there is the email option, which contrary to your belief is checked and responded to 24 hours a day. You also have live chat available during many hours of the day and overnight period. Finally there is a toll-free number that you can call at any hour to speak with a live person and cancel your account via telephone. Your account has in fact been cancelled already, we even submitted a refund for your most recent month of service based solely on your word that you've been trying to cancel for some time. The double-billing that some customers experienced was the result of a computer error on the part of one of the processing banks and will be refunded separately. If you have any additional questions please let us know. I'm sure you'll find the toll-free number to be quite simple and easy to use. regards,
