You get a trademark with them, and they slide you into this useless $30/month program.
This useless program won't even pick up the phone, so you can cancel it easily.
Eventually I reached a person after being on a hold loop for 15 minutes, so stay patient. The rep cancelled it without problems so I will give them that.
But what kind of "legal" service doesn't pick up the phone for 15 minutes ???
They provide zero value and they charge you happily each month. BYE LEGALZOOM ADVANTAGE.

The plan that you were enrolled into is a legal plan that entitled you to receive unlimited attorney consultations on any new legal matter along with lots of other great benefits.
Please keep in mind that when contacting us for cancellation of this plan, you are calling a customer care department and not an actual law firm, and unfortunately a hold time is always expected when calling any customer care/service department. An extremely long hold time is a bit out of the ordinary and we apologize for any frustration caused while being on hold.
We appreciate that you understand things usually go more smoothly & again we apologize that you experienced us at less than our best. Glad it's all worked out now. Of course you should feel free to contact us at 1-800-773-0888
