LegalZoom www.legalzoom.com Promised quick and timely filing of new DBA Internet
LegalZoom promised a quick and easy filing of legal documents for a new DBA. It’s been two months and the new DBA has still not been filed. I satisfied all their needs and paid for the service in full. I provided all documentation to LegalZoom and the state to their satisfaction and still my DBA has not been filed. Customer service has told me on 3 occasions that I need to wait on the state for a response and I’ve been waiting over the required time limit needed for a DBA filing. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone seeking to file papers in any state through LegalZoom.
