I purchased a 4-wheeler from Legion Global in New Lenox, IL in mid-May of 2007. VERY shortly after parts began breaking left and right. It was still under warranty - but of course, when I brought the 4-wheeler in to be serviced...they calimed that my warranty was void. No reason, no proof. They offered to repair it after much negotiation.

It was supposed to be fixed in 3 weeks tops. I called on week 4, week 5, week 6...and they kept saying they haven't gotten to it yet. Finally, after OVER 2 MONTHS - I went there to see what the status of my 4-wheeler was. I was not too surprised to find out that - THEY DID NOTHING TO FIX IT. They didn't order my parts, they didn't start to repair it, it just sat there.

The owner was rude and so vulgar when I started to ask why my 4-wheeler wasn't taken care of in the time promised...he just said he doesn't care, it's not his problem, and that he never wants to see my 40-wheeler in there ever again. He was serious...and unbelieveably nasty. I wasn't going to walk out empty handed, so I told him that he need to give me the parts that I was promised. He gave me some old motor (the same one as my 4-wheeler) that was sitting on the shop floor for who knows how long, said the parts I need are in there - and to do the work myself.

When I questioned why my 4-wheeler just sat there and hasn't been touched for over 2 months, he went off on another little rampage about how he doesn't care, it's not his problem....etc etc etc

I wheeled it back into my truck, and took it out of that place. The service man there was nice, very apologetic for the attitude of the owner - and promised to call the manufacturer for the exhaust that I still needed.

This is unbelieveble. I checked into this company after this experience - and found dozens of consumer reports, complaints, and general rip off testamonials about Legion Global Motorsports.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They're a bunch of punk 20-somethings who don't give a d*mn about anything else than making all the money they can before they get shut down.

Report them to the Illinois General, The Better Business Beareu, and the New Lenox Government as well - I did and I hope these guys get shut down. They're ruining kids ATV's and dirtbikes, stealing the parents money - and coming out ahead because they aren't standing behind their crappy products.

Please call the Attorney Generals office and report this incident asap. These kids need to get shut down before another kid gets hurt, or even killed... not to mention ripping off people devoting every dime they have to some piece of crap ATV for their kids Christmas. EVERYTHING they sell is Chinese. Nothing against the Chinese of course, but if you've read the news lately you should be a bit concerned about buying a freakin' Barbie Doll made in China, let alone an ATV or dirt bike that could seriously injure or kill someone. Aim Ex, Seaseng and New Star Technologies manufacture 99% of what Legion Global sells. I am currently in the process of getting a local network news segment done on LG Wholesale. I have a relative who works for one of the 4 major networks and it's possible an expose' piece done on LG Wholesale. I can't listen to another parent telling about how their kids Christmas or Birthday was ruined, or another SENIOR CITIZEN getting ripped off on a mobility scooter. Seriously, Chris, Gary, and whoever else is there peddling that garbage, HOW LOW CAN YOU GO? You have reports of elderly people who are living on fixed incomes getting completely screwed by you over a $5 or $600 scooter!!!!!! How do you sleep at night? The question is, are you going to answer this, and make an attempt at actually staying in business before me and a few other people make it our life's mission to legally put you out of business? Are you going to own up on the case(s) of the elderly people (or persons) who got broken mobility scooters that you told to take a flying leap? Or.. maybe it will be just another personal attack on me, the ex-employee that got fired for mentioning this website and the BBB site to another co-worker after working there for only two weeks? (thanks for doing me the favor by the way) Maybe it will be another canned response, something like "Don't ever be afraid to call us at 555-555-5555 where we will take care of you personally." I hope to god none of you believe in Karma, because it's on it's way back around again, and no amount of lawyers, money, mommy and daddy, or bs responses are going to stop it. You can change your name again, you can move again, you can do whatever you want. The one thing that wont change is that I'm not going away any time soon.
