She does not she works from her apartment in Harlem baking schemes. In effect she creates elaborate schemes to defraud investors into her fictitious public relations company.  By posing as a Tv producer and celebrity news anchor for popular networks she attracts eager talent to pay high prices for services she then contracts out to her gangster rapper boyfriend and amateur talent to deliver. Clark regularly walks the streets of ny passing out flyers soliciting her grand prizes and sweepstakes for anyone who wants to be famous. Clark also known as the Harlem female Bernie Madoff holds talent auditions where she screens amateur aspiring wannabe celebrities who have funding and offers them fake tv deals and public relations services that she does not deliver on. She also holds meetings with uneducated investors selling bogus stock certificates and bogus music licensing and production deals then converting the dreams of aspiring talent into miserable experiences as they chase her down for their stock refunds and savings they hand to her fraudulent LPR shell company . Lelani hires high school and junior college editors to edit her productions for free and then charges them for classes at her apartment in Harlem.  Lelani of Lpr media tells investors their stock certificates are for prices below market price when in reality the stocks for the companies she says she represents are never traded at all.  Lelani is being sought after and hopefully will be arrested on counts ranging from grand larceny in the second degree which is a class c felony Punishable of up to 7.5 to 15 years in prison, 16 counts of Grand larceny to the third degree and one count of criminal tax fraud in the third degree all class D felonies punishable of up to 3.5 to 7 years in prison.  Lelani Clark has numerous victims around The United States of America in over 9 states. Lelani Clark  of Lpr media LLC is under investigation facing numerous counts of securities fraud and one count of scheme to defraud in the first degree all class E felonies punishable of up to 2-4 years in prison. Lelani Clark used the larger amount of funds wired to her numerous shell business accounts to pay for her lavish lifestyle personal expenses and clear her credit report. Investigations revealed she does not file taxes and she  has spent over 30,000 in 2010 alone on lavish meals and travel, 60,000 on jewelry and over 40 ,000 on restaurant meals and bar tabs for new "clients" ,wealthy potential investors and Radio Personalities.

Lelani has a pattern of making existing clients pay for her whenever she is with them and she is known to name drop at a moments notice a range of names of the days hottest characters from new films and tv shows to appear like she is in the Hollywood scene. In one case she convinced a client in israel they would have a 8 picture movie deal  with a reputable distributor and movie chain after they paid her to market the deal  it was discovered the films she sold and pitched were bought for 1.00 from a Manhattan street vendor who sells scripts from existing films  . Lelani Clark uses the remainder of funds she swindles from actors, NFL athletes and the elderly to pay lawyers off from previous cases her syndicate of female con artists have built up for over the past 5 years. Lelani Clark and her Boyfriend Frank Lucas jr and his family are fraudulent.
