Lemon Apparel Never sent goods that were paid for

Ordered goods on November 7, 2018. Contacted company several times after goods not received. Finally received email assuring me goods were on their way and i would receive tracking info via email.
I requested my money back several times. Another email saying they were backed up, and i requested my money back again. Never received products, nor my money back.
