Lenox Capital ripoff fraud scam business Nationwide Worldwide
Lenox Capital, freedom Resoures, fresh Start, national Benefit,wise Select RAPING OF THE WORKING CLASS POOR!! victimized many consumers fraudulent ripoff business Woodstock,merietta,atlanta also Salt Lake City woodstock, merietta, atlanta also Salt Lake City Utah Georgia, Utah and possible quebec, Canada .....
well we too were Ripped off by this company. I have done a little research and came up with several names and phone numbers,addresses.
I can tell you what I know so far,Lenox capital,freedom resources,fresh start,wise select and national benefit are all the same company. it started as(or that is as far back as I can go) wise select than national benefit and now fresh start,lenox capitol and freedom resources.
My fiance talked to these people and desided to not do it but they all ready had our account # so they withdraw it anyways..as they did to so many others.BUT the are getting smarter or maybe its my bank that is screwing us now...(will see) anyways I have read about the ACH reversal well my bank says they cant do it because it was sent in as a paper check instead of electroniclly on a disc which is a electrnical debit to the account. Our bank says if it was a ACH we have 30-60 days to get it back but because it was sent in as a paper check we supposablely had only 24 hours to reverse it...but we didnt know about it until about 3 days after they took it out and 3 bounces checks later.
Our bank is sending it back to their bank which is zion national bank in salt lake city,utah but our bank seems doubtful. which seem a bit odd to me.
also this company is based in altanta,georgia but they have little rooms with a telephone in them all over the country.I have got 6 diffent phone # for them. and also I have found out that the company is also involved with B&L Lending which is also based in altanta.
I will be reporting this to our authoritys,and also georgias bbb and the FCC and anyone else i can think of.
I hope this wont happen to anyone else but I know it will.
also freedom resources and lenox capital came into business in the middle of last year so we are doing business with a company that is only (supposablely) 6 months old.
I will be updating as i find more out.
