flat tire within 4 hours of purchase suspect tire switch during purchase procedure
dealer replaced with defective tires had to replace
tire pressure sensors missing
intake altered and defective
after market suspension not pointed out by dealer
shock absorbers worn out cannot find replacement to date
brakes worn out had to be replaced
soft top leaked dealer stated it was not leaking had to replace
o2 sensor had to be replaced
dealer boasted factory warranty valid and tried to sell us extended warranty
condition reflects possible odometer switch
dealer showed their purchase invoice to be higher than our purchase price
car purchased july 2010 have lost about 3 months use due to mechanical and safety concerns
car parked as of april 13 2011 oil drained from rear shocks dangerous and mechanically damaging
doors are not closing proper suspect massive damage history
given other problems changed all fluids suspected higher miles than odometer reading
can feel unusual vibration on deceleration possible transmission or engine damage 
nissan dealer mechanic stated car had been driven very hard
