FACT: LEO DID NOT INSURE THE ITEMS I BOUGHT. EVEN IF THERE WAS DAMAGE IN TRANSIT HE COULD NOT MAKE A CLAIM. AS THE SELLER HE WAS RESPONSIBLE. PER EBAY RULES SELLER IS REPONSIBLE FOR CORRECT DESCRIPTION>

 

FACT: After the EBAY verdict in my favor. LEO's  HARRASSMENT WENT BALLISTIC.

THREATS TO ME, MY BUSINESS, SHAME, SCANDEL ALL OVER THE INTERNET FB< TWITTER< DEALERS OF GEORG JENSEN  AND ANYONE HE CAN CONNECT ME TO ON THE INTERNET> 

"ITS ALL OVER FOR YOU" LEO SAYS.

UNDER advice of my trading partners experienced in these issues, I  OFFERED A PEACE OFFERING TO STOP THE HARASSMENT  thinking this "LEO" INDIVIDUAL "might" have made an honest mistake in not recognising this damage before shipping)

His response was to twist my words.

THE IDEA THAT I HAD A RARE AND DAMAGED NECKRING WAITING IN THE WINGS TO SWITCH FOR HIS "PERFECT ONE" AND RETURN BOTH ITEMS IS PROPOSTEROUS. WHY WOULD A BUSINESS PERSON EXPOSE THEMSELVES TO THIS ABUSE FOR WHAT GAIN?  A FEW BUCKS?

THREATS < EMAILS LINKS< EMAILS TO MY TRADING PARTNERS < FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATIONS ARE BEING COMPILED AND DOCUMENTED. 

FACT:  LEO"S  evidence. ie pictures. ALL, EXONERATE ME the consumer.  Which is why Ebay ruled in my favor. Leo's IMAGE IN HIS EBAY LISTING "covers" THE DAMAGED AREA of the NECKRING with a box. He had no other.  THE LATTER IMAGE posted on ROR that LEO provides as "HIS"  missing and stolen neckring was copped of the internet ( LEONARD JOEL AUCTION HOUSE AU 2011)  then LEO cropped it with the quote " return our NECKRING 238"

LEO's only other evidence was his lady friend signing a "statutory" declaration.  Same person sending me harrassing emails along with her teenage children and Leo's daughter. They wil go unnamed for now.( Rather sad)

I am not here to make judgements but this guy is out for blood and I am very concerned for my safety.

Dear Readers,

Please, review the latest images Leo took and published on his Google Plus account. You can see the damage on zoom quite easily ( ding on the buckle and small chips on the left inside segment of the neckring)

Readers should note: This is the" LEO OLSEN" that goes to the SMK High school in Triang Pahang Maylasia and has a google plus account. Not the 61 old Danish/Aussie Leo Olsen that lives in Perth Au, or the "retired couple"he claims himself to be.  You see , Leo has a little gang of tech saavy teenager buddies working for his to extortion scheme.  Anywhere between 6145.80 ( the price I paid for both  neckring and the belt buckle and returned for full refund) and 12,000!. All by posting defamatory posts anywhere they can in a campaign of LIBEL against Gallery 925. Most recently taking to writing false complaints on complaint review sites under aliases acting as different "customers" of Gallery 925 saying I sold cheap chinese junk adn didn't refund them.

Also notable about Leo's image is the color. The infamous "colour code dn't match" When the ensemble is shot in a two foot range, the color is matching.  Note the color of the image of the same returned items with return shipping  label.  They are different times, yet they were both taken by Leo and the items match in each picture!!!!!!!!

Leo's infamous original listing shows the gift box so "conveniently" covering the chipped area of the neckring, but you could actually detect the ding in the belt buckle.  But note: The color is different than the shot he took with all three items in another image. So why is the belt buckle matching the neckring in both pictures?????  How could that be?

The color varies with the exposure the picture is taken and any difference in color is only upon very close inspection of the ensemble and very slight. These are images that LEO took and the colors don't match from his own images!!!

The fact is the damage is on both items which is why it was not worth what I originally paid for it.  Leo had decribed said items to be in MINT condition. Yes both items "MINT" condition.

 Also,please note,  Leo has never shown a single close up picture ( not one) of his neckring or belt buckle to me or Ebay claims dept. The only images posted of close up are MY images I took for the Ebay claim. So where is Leo's proof?  His libeling teenage accomplises?? His motor cycle gang?

 The only image of an undamaged neckring was one Leo found on the internet from 2011 auction results from Leonard Joel online catalog then tried to use it claiming it was his!!! ( see image from catalog and the one Leo saved as his) 

His assertion that EBay didn't know the outcome and I am hiding behind them is ludicrous! Ebay determind the outcome based on the evidence. There is no appeal. Leo knew exactly what he was getting back and Ebay RULED against him in a final binding decision which both parties had to agree to at the time of the excalation. Same with Scambook. So his resport is unfiltered complaint sites like ROR and others.

 Leo is just  MAD that he lost and so he is scandalising where ever he can in a pathetic embarrassing attempt to harm my reputation and attempt to get me to pay him money to shut him and his teenage cronies up. If Leo refunded a day early that's his own fault and probably part of his scheming plot. He knew exactly what he was getting back all along and and he was already planning his revenge because I wouldn't accept his defective merchandise. As you can read in previous posts, Leo's harrassment had already started long prior to the claim, which is why the claim happened to begin with..

Leo sets up a twitter account out of "Malaysia" as OlsenLee  now claiming I owe him 10,000 USD.  He sends out 152 tweets making the same erroneous claim is falling hard on deaf ears. He sent these links to people who visited my FB business page and to pages I liked on FB. My collegues forwarded this infomation back to me and blocked him as libel and spam because thats what it is.

Additionally ,Leo is posting false complaints on complaint sites using fake names  names  saying I sold them cheap chinese jewelry ( a necklace) trying to pass it off as something else.  I wrote back each "individual" telling them it was the first I heard of this and asking that they please email me an invoice and shipping documentation so I can address the problem...I take customer service very seriously and have never had a complaint of this type before.

 Be careful buying from this person, his does not honor eBay rules and tries to pass off defective merchandise, then blames the buyer and starts harrassment campaigns in an effort to force the sale.

Please read EBAY's Email to me. It is the message from EBAYClaim department where they ruled in favor of me, the CONSUMER who received defective mechandize from Leo Olsen.   Mr Olsen had ample opportunity to prove his case and he did not. NOW he is harassing and trying to extort me.  He filed a report on ripoff report.com in an attempt to defame my  good reputation. This man is a scammer.  BUYER BWARE!!!!! He is trying to sell defective goods at premium prices/ Then he had the audacity to refute my pictures and accused me of switching the items when everyone who know anything about Georg Jensen Jewelry knows that the The ensemble is  super rare and coveted. I would have been happy to pay the asking price had it been in the "MINT" condition as said in the description but it was not. He was SO careless in his dealings that he didn't even put insurance on the international  shipment (which I requested) nor did he put the correct value for customs. Thank GOODNESS  EBAY saw right through this guy.
