This is a message to all prospective customer that are considering Leonard's Services (LeonardsServices) (leonardscarpetservice.com) (leonards carpet service) for their install or home remodel; Design and REO Services, Flooring, Counters, Window Coverings, Restoration & Maintenance.
Why would a company go by so many different names? Hmmm.
Don't use them! I am but one of many unhappy customers that have been inconvenienced by their inability to perform quality work and offer at the minimum, standard follow up customer service. I have several neighbors that are dealing with the same terrible quality and terrible customer service from leonards Services.
Quick example: When they came to replace my counter top because they had installed a cosmetically unsatisfactory piece, they had the nerve to show up with a replacement piece that had been taken out of another home it had been previously installed in, there were install lines and glue residue. What kind of company in their right mind operated like this??? Leonard's Services (LeonardsServices.com) does!
I understand that making a profit is an important factor in running a business but completely screwing over your clients with reused material and sub par quality to maximize profit is simply selfish and Leonards Services (LeonardsServices.com) should not be in business!
Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their service guys are always late and unapologetic.
Public Beware and Do NOT use leonards Services for your remodel, Design and REO Services, Flooring, Counters, Window Coverings, Restoration or Maintenance.

Leonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services are crooks!
About a year ago I had a terible experience with this company and as I came across this Leonards Services Ripoff report it was nice to see I'm not alone here. Leonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services is by far the worst company a homeowner could deal with. I am astounded that a reputable new home builder such as Taylor Morrison, TaylorMorrison, Taylor Morrison Homes continues to contract with them to work on their new Taylor Morrison Communities. And dont even get me started on the terrible customer service you will receive from taylor morrison homes. They make the new home buying process a terrible experience.
After months of trying to get both taylor morrision and Leonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services to accept responsibility for the worst flooring install I have ever seen. Im not just taking about my opinion, I invited several of my neighbors in to see the terrible work from Leonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services and they all agreed and somehow found a way to compain about an issue they had from the same install companyLeonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services. Im telling you, Leonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services is the worst company you can work with.
Now that its clear Im not alone, I too will offer this bit of advice and warning, DO NOT BUY A TAYLOR MORRISON HOME, and DO NOT EVER USE Leonard's Carpet Service aka Leonard's Services FOR ANY WORK ON YOUR HOME, OLD OR NEW.

With a this many different names how can they be trusted?
Again, beware of Leonard's Carpet Service is also, leonardsService, and Leonards Services.
