Leptigen continues to charge my credit card after cancellation of the account. DO NOT buy into this very expensive supplement as you cannot cancel the account depsite their written policy.
October 2, email cancellation notice sent, response email said not accepted, so I called the next day and cancelled. It appeared cancelled but they do not document cancellations and it is verbal so no proof.
October 24, filed dispute with my credit card company & received refund of $95.90
November 22, filed dispute with my credit card company for $95.90
November 23 Leptigen customer care finally acknowledged the cancellation and sent me an email
December 1 received a full package rebuttal from Leptigen saying they had the right to charge me & it was disclosed how to cancel the "membership" in auto payment. The credit card company reversed the credit for October so I have been charged again.
December 18, cancelled my credit card. Will call tomorrow for an RMA number to return these bottles of supplements that I still have as they will not accept "return to sender, or refusal of delivery".
I can only hope to get my money back for October & November. I cancelled the credit card and asked for a new account so that should stop December charges from occuring.
