Complaint Review: Leslie/Daniel Collins - Riverside California

Google me,  Amber Lund and the MMJ Movement in California.  There are videos and websites.  You will see that I am a young mother struggling to spend the last of my years with my kids while fighting against cancer.  Most people in this business are nothing but heartless and greed. Dan came to my rescue.  I had nothing from fighting so much and I was in so much pain.  17 Tumors at that time.  In the rains of October he drove over one hour to bring me medication, and while he was here he even fixed my son's bike.  They gave me more time, hope and shown the nature that this business needs to be.  

Dan and Leslie are great!  I hope that this woman's selfish behavior has put someone out of business that I rely on to help me have more time with my family.  

First thing. Thank you to all the people that are supporting me with this situation.  Your support means so much and I am sure there will be more to come!   

In regards to this woman's threats to kill herself we have contacted the Dallas Police Department and they will be in route to check on the status of this woman.  ( Since it had to be a tip, there is no Report to File on this Site ) 

I want to apologize personally,  I was unaware that this woman's mental state is unstable enough to want to end her own life. If we would have known that she was not mentally capiatable to be apart of this we would not of engaged her to work with us. We were seeking a way to prepay her the funds and obtain the legal Deed of Trust in exchange without continuing business transactions.  The loan was $10,000 and the Note and Deed of Trust is $15,000.   

Caroline refused to file still wanting to be apart, but after the threatening emails, wanting to kill herself, name calling and calling our phones 55 or more times in an hour, we strongly feel that this person is not mentally stable enough to be in any business transaction.   We reget that this took place and hope that it can be resolved safely.  

When she refused the file we did not feel safe giving her money, and although she pressured us with wanting to kill herself we had to remain strong in not giving her the money until she filed the Deed of Trust.  Even when she threaten to take a plane out to our house to cause us harm.  

We forgive Caroline for all that she is said and done to disrupt our family and will try to move on with our lives.  If we would have known that she was had a mental condition that caused these outburst of insanity, we would of never done any business transactions.   

Again, we are asking that she files the Deed of Trust to get her money returned and the additional $5,000.   We dont want to make this another issue by sending the money and she just files it anyways.  Since both parties are clearly unable to trust one another, we feel that this is the best method.   

She made a point that the Deed of Trust is collaterial. We hope that someone that is a friend or family member of Caroline Graham can help her see that we have been asking her to collect on her collaterial to get her funds back and the additional $5,000.

I know you guys had an issue with her threats but this is rediculous There is no 10-15 thousand per harvest it was 10% of the profits per grow and in all honesty if she cant do simple math then what is she doing trying to invest?  i got my 2,250 and put it in the bank. They offered me a deed of trust for the amount of 10k and it is not filed yet because i know these people and i didnt pitch a fit when thing ran a bit late. yes it took about 2 months later to get my money but i knew the harvest took a bit longer then it was supossed to and that they had to set up for the next grow so i just waited. from everything they have shown me she has called them horrable things from the first week it was running late. Even said she was going to kill herself if she didnt get paid.

Leslie and Dan are great caring people. If they are avoiding paying her without the Deed of Trust filed I would look at the person wanting to commit sucide and threating their family.  

So like the title says, IS THIS LADY RETARDED?!?!

Leslie please don't act like you are innocent and I am crazy. You owe me a lot of money and refuse to pay and continue to lie about it. I keep calling because you won't pay me. The deed of trust is just collateral. I am suppose to get 10-15 grand every harvest. So far I have zero. Any judge would agree that to am right. You have violated the contract so many times. God knows that I am in the right. And that's what really matters. 

This woman did agree to this but it went south when she started emailing us with threats including statemeets like the following: 

I am going to commit suicide if I don't get this money. I will. I have nothing.  

I'm going to put you on more scam websites

Why are you doing this? Stop lying!!!!!! Just stop. Are you and your husband compulsive liars. 

I hope that hell exists. Because that's where people like you belong. People that steal money. 

This is just a glimpse of the 78 emails from this woman. 43 of themm with in 3 hours.  Our phones have over 56 phone calls in one night and endless text messages saying she is going to keep doing this until we give her money.   Caroline has a Deed of Trust for 15,000 against our house that we have asked a number of times for her to file to make it legal. This way in paying her that there is a paper trail. She refuses to file the notarized deed of trust as asked and continues jars end threats tells us she is going to the authorities. 

i have saved all the emails and correspondence, we welcome to show them to anyowant she is wanting us to give her money and no paper trail and using these methods as blackmail.   We recently had to block this woman because she started emailing and harrassing our teenage son and telling him that we stole money.   We just want the deed of trust filed as agreed to pay. 

At this point we will be pressing charges and asking that we go threw legal action this this person.
