"LETS TALK.COM SOLD ME A PHONE THAT WAS DEFECTIVE. I REFUSED TO PAY THE FIRST 200.00 BILL FOR CHARGES THAT WERE OCCURED FROM LOGGING ON TO THE INTERNET." Did you contact the company regarding the faulty phone and try to work a solution as soon as you realized it didn't work? "THE PHONE WOULD NEVER LOG ON OR OFF" (the Internet)? Phone for the Internet? What are you talking about?
