In response to your message, when you called the customer service dept., did you mention that the item was defective? If you indicated the item was defective on the return form and called customer service to notify us, we would have arranged to refund your orignal postage and handling and well as refunding your postage for returning the item. 15$ to return the item seems a little high. Being that it hasn't been that long since the original transaction, I would suggest you call again and make sure you are speaking to customer service dept.
