Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
If an in your face demeanor is what Liberty is trying to convey, well then they have succeeded. If they want these same "in your face" franchise owners to lie, cheat and steal there way to a fortune, then again, they have succeeded. My experience with Ms. Fuller is less than enchanting. She is gruff, loud, obnoxious and a very bad dresser (not that I should mention this, however, clothes that are two size too small are NOT flattering). Anyway, this smiling, redhaired cherub told me, after about a half dozen "darlin's" thrown in to butter me up, that my return wouldn't be more than $150. I explained that this was a bit high, considering the ease of my return and the fact that I had paid $75 the previous year.

Somehow I wound up being convinced that she could move heaven and earth and also somehow wound up paying over $300 for a return that was just my 2 w-2's and I don't even own a home. I feel betrayed, cheated and worst of all, stupid for falling for her insane act. I pray that more people will see this devil for who she really is. And I read that someone saw her plop down $10k at the casino, I know people who see her regularly out in the gambling world. Must be nice to STEAL from innocent people and get away with it.

I just came across this site accidentally and was surprised to see her name - actually not surprised, it just made me think, more people ought to voice their concerns. I know I am not alone in this, and I don't think that anyone should go to Liberty Tax if they don't want to be ripped off.

Everything bad that has been said against Liberty tax is true. I'm still waiting on money that was stolen from me.

Why would you complain "unnamed" instead of resolving with the office?

After reading the long report from the only other one listed about this company in chattanooga, I find it very hard to imagine that the threatsd of the previous employee who lied profusely about not being paid and other completely unfounded items, its clear he has made good on his threat.

Liberty Tax has a 100% guarantee and I have seen it be paid out over and over again, not usually due to any fault of Liberty Tax, but if a customer was unhappy for ANY reason they were refunded without question.

Liberty does not have any of those Hidden Fees that most other national tax offices have, they simply charge only for the forms used on your return, hence the reason they are (apples to apples) so much more economical then the others. However, if they did a better job and found you a more adventageous result then maybe there was additional forms that got you to that point. You can always find someone cheaper, doing taxes out of their house etc, but at Liberty tax you not only get the 100% guarantee, but you get year round service from a CERTIFIED professional, who goes through hours and hours each year of training and constant re-training to ensure quality and value.

Sir, If you (who wishes to remain unnamed thus making all of us believe you're actually the previous employee who said he would do this very thing)feel you were not charged what you were told or are in ANY way unhappy with your service,As an employee of Liberty tax and one who has researched these few compaints to see if they had merrit and work to resolve them I feel certain I have full Liberty tax backing in asking that:

1. the papers (plural) that you signed including the invoice, what did they say when you signed them?

2. why have you not gone back to the office to claim your refund if you were indeed charged a higher amount?

3. Since there is a clear national 100% Guarantee, and Liberty Works so very hard to improve daily, set the standard and have fun as their motto says, why stay unnamed when this could be easily resolved with a phone call?

This obviously is a case of someone wishing to do harm for other reasons since the policy and procedures are in place at Liberty Tax to resolve any and all situations like this that arise.

Its sad that people would rather maliciously try to harm instead of openly saying "My name is______ and I have an issue please help me resolve it".

There will always be a few in a group of thousands that any company cannot make happy, however if the unhappy client chooses not to use the resources available to them then I cannot see where the company can do any more.

Thanks.
