LIBERTY TAX SERVICE THEY NEED TO BE INVESTEGATED Brandon Florida
Something is definitely wrong with Liberty Tax Services! They are crooks. They would not show us their fees not even on the screen like H&R block did.They were very unprofessional.We called for several days to get our tax information so we can go to IRS.gov and they beat around the bush took our information and went to the site themselves and told us nope still pending ..When I asked for the whole dollar amount for the site that we were supposed to get back they would not tell us because they did not want to show us what they charged! My husband went up to the office and found out that they charged us over $800.00 made us wait to be seen for almost 2 hours and then it only took 15 minutes to get done !! Please someone investigate!!!They did the same thing to my brother he has received his check and they did not give his tax information to him either! So the question is What are they hiding?
