I dont know where to start with these people. First of all DO NOT EVER buy anything from Liberty Wireless!!!!! I ordered a cell phone from www.corporate-cellphones.com. What a great deal this SOUNDED like,
On the order page it stated that part of the 110$ I paid would be billed "to my home at a later date" Only to wake up the next morning and find out they had swiftly taken the entire amount from my checking account before the phone was ever shipped!!
I called them to promptly cancel this order. I was told by 20 something idiot #1 Amanda that it would refund inn 48 hours. SO I waited. 4 days later i called again and talked to 20 something Idiot #2 Nikki she stated that she just flat didnt know what to do but would give it to a supervisor when one showed up. 2 days later i call again and talk to 3rd Idiot Roxanne who states that I cant talk to a supervisor but that i should give this "more time" she suggests I send an email to libertys customer service with proof that the charges were taken from my bank and when, So i did...
Now that was 3 days again, and 3 emails ago. None of which have been answered. So i am still out 110$. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also contacted the Attorney Generals Office. But i feel like im not going to see this money again.
