Dear Editor, This website is supposed to be for consumers to share their opinion and help other consumer not get into the same bad situation. I recently posted an opinion on a cell phone service, Liberty Wireless. I received an email with a rebuttal response. I assumed it was from the company, but it was from another consumer. I did not think that this was how you processed the postings. I did not intend to be in a battle of opinions with other consumers. I posted my opinion for awareness and a possible response from the company. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I will not make any more postings on this website and request that you delete my original one. Thank You, Octavia

how can you be so sure that the customer service center isnt located here in the US? i mean have you seen the people working there? i bought a phone from this company twice and the reps have been very nice and hospitable. they provided me with all the info i needed and all the help i could get. in fact ive recommended their great service to all of family and friends. i think you've just been given an attitude because you probably werent nice to those reps that's why your sour-graping. they ARE located here in the US basically because i met a rep who actually works form there. i hope you try to be more careful with your words.
