Lifengraved I too was taken by these guys. The replies and orders looked legit. They advertised showing samples of steel signs with your initial and name cut out. Orlando florida
I placed an order and was told it would take between 4-6 weeks to get my sign. After 6 weeks I asked for an update. They responded and said it was ready to ship and I would soon receive a tracking number. I then waited another week and no tracking number arrived. I emailed again, no answer back. The following week I received an email saying my order delivered.
NO DELIVER EVER CAME I sent an email saying there was no deliver and asked for a tracking number. No reply. I googled their 800-303-8517 Social Snaps came up and then a their name was listed under rippoffreport.com I called my credit card company to see what could be done.
