Gigmasters.com said that Lil star parties was one of there top bookers as of 2012 in the kid field. I find this very interesting since Lil star is a CA based business in LA and Gigmasters.com a DE corporation is Not a foreign corporation. That means they are not even legal to work CA and Most other states. This company had 170 reviews on it in 2012. Here is one that they do not have.How does a group of 8 people ,[ all there bios are on the site] come together and do Trademark characters ? I would like answers? Please reply to this Lil Star. I am sure the kids loved these Disney characters. [tips @ DISNEY] What does this mean for you. Most likely they have no business license, most people braking trademark laws do not. So you are giving all your private information to people with no paper trail. They don't even post there address so you can not check on license. They say on Gigmasters that they are in Studio City, most of all the towns listed on Gigmasters are false. They do not want you to call them yourself . So you are trusting total strangers with your kids, your bank account and you don't even no what town they are in. The phone number that is a cell by the way is listed as Burbank. What if something happens a kid chockes on a balloon. The face panit they use burns your kids face. How do you take them to court. Gigmasters says on there site they are NOT responsible for any of the companies.
Wake up America and call your city and see if they are business licensed. Ask for proof of insurance. Email the state of CA. call the Justice Dept, I did. We must protect our kids from under ground economy. It robes social services, foster care , Cps and headstart. As people doing under ground economy get rich, its our poorest kids in the nation that are suffering from no money for social services. These are my personal opinions .How do you make a legal contract with nothing legal? What are the answers ?
