Scammed me out of a tattoo

Prepaid a Friday the 13th tattoo that was suppose to be $20.
When I came in they decided to tell me someone messed up & it's actually $40. I stated that's not fair to me when I was told it was $20 and I already prepaid. The owner very rudely told me that it wasn't his problem and to hand over the extra $20 to which I said I wasn't paying the extra $20 for something so tiny and he basically screamed at me that it's a $150 tattoo.
It was the words " bite me" the size of a quarter ? No shop in the world would charge $150 for that. I told him that wasn't okay and he said any shop in the world would charge me that and told him iv been tattooed in other counties and that wasn't true; he then said his been to other counties too and he can brag about it? No one was bragging. It was 100% rude and unprofessional.
On top of that they were ALLL smoking weed while tattooing and drinking alcohol outside; he was clearly extremely high and drunk.
I am grateful I wasn't tattooed.
My friend went ahead and got tattooed and while the artist was extremely nice; the entire shop had no type of sanitary standards; her tattoo was not even wrapped and she was given no after care instructions.
It was more of a party location rather then a tattoo shop; all the workers and their friends were just hanging out there smoking weed and and drinking alcohol.
Do not risk it.
We should have known better when we went in to prepay the girl at the front said she works there and has never let them tattoo her. Check the YELP reviews!
