Lincoln County DHS Deb Vizecky, Deb Pape, Debra, Debbie Black Market Baby Selling Ivanhoe MN
Debra Jo Vizecky the CPS/DHS worker in Ivanhoe MN has been filing emergency protection orders to remove children from their homes illegally. She does this by placing families on CHIPS petitions with promises to help whatever situation they are in and then files for the children's removal after a couple weeks. Often she arranges free rides for families to get to appointments but then the ride does not show up, she then acts confused on why the driver did not show up. Within a few days she files an EPC demanding the children be removed because they did not follow the "plan" or neglected the child for not getting to appointments which she arranged the ride to. One family was threatened an arrest warrant when the volunteer driver mysteriously disappeared and left a child 3 hrs from where the driver was supposed to bring the child back. Another child was recently taken away for medical neglect because a driver Deb arranged to "help" the family get this child to an appointment did not show up. More children from yet a different home were taken because of an "anonymous" call stating the mother was on drugs- snatched without even giving a drug test and have still not been returned. Another child taken because a husband had a drug problem and didn't even live in the same household as the wife and children. And another child was recently taken away by Deb Vizecky in a completely different county where she does not work, 2 hours away from Lincoln county.... What is going on? Either she's getting paid by disgruntled family members or rich people trying to buy children on the black market. Someone better figure it out. NO ONE has ever gotten their kids back once Deb Vizecky has taken them. She has been warned several times about filing EPC's illegally. I hope one day rural communities can fight back against corruption.
