   Here's the deal, they hire you knowing that you will probably not make it as over 90% dont. and then they earn all the residual you accumulated during your tenure, and hard work.   NOW LH will say, if you dont make it you didnt work hard BS!!   For over a year I worked over 60 hours a week and weekends, 12 hours a day, knocking on doors ( lower income trailer homes, disability and welfare income)  drive, drive, drive, and hope someone is home  (Loosing A LOT of my time with MY family) Knocking  on 20 doors a day, leave FAKE delivery notices, that look like UPS.  Then when you get someone at the door, they say,  " I didnt send that in"  and you LOOSE $32 EVERY F'N DOOR !!!  They take it out of your commissions and residual- after you work hard to earn some.   Now, Im a expert in sales and have had a VERY successful back-ground - College Grad, Dale Carnegie Grad, Tom Hopkins, Zig-Ziglar - I KNOW HOW TO SELL but LH does NOT pay!!

   So, its Multi-Level, they want you to become a manager to HIRE,HIRE, HIRE  knowing that the residual each rep builds will NEVER be put into their pockets – but in the MANAGER’s Pockets, because it will go to the "leads program" (while you work ther)and problem accounts.  And when your in great debt, they say " NO, buy more it will all work out"  but you loose in the end, they KNOW it and they have another $800-$2,500 residual - YOU worked to put it in THEIR pockets each month, after you quit.  hey 10 Agents that quit thats a lot of cash.  – So, Adam Hale has over 100’s of Agents he has ripped off, no wonder he can buy his 100 acer cabin in the California Mountains.  BUT I DONT rip people off, so I DONT WANT TO BE A MANAGER!!  Adam Hale and Jack London want to rip you off.  

  Here's the great thing, then you leave and they say you owe us $1,800 in leads and you need to pay it WHAT!?   YOU have my residual for the life of the policy, and one month will pay for that!! NO you quit so you dont get it.

 

THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!! - RUN AWAY _ TRUST ME!!

I had zero sales experience when I started and had no problem selling these leads. With everything comes risk. The leads are not the problem you just have to get out and put in the work!

It is easy to put the blame on others when things don't work out... I find that Adam Hale and associates is just like any other company in the industry when it comes to success. You have to work hard and put in the TIME.  There is no way around it.  It's an "opportunity" you are suppose to make the most of it, not blame it on anybody else.

I'm in my second year and don't have a negative thing to say about Lincoln Heritage or Adam Hale. Both have over-delivered on everything I've been told. It's definitely very hard work especially in the beginning, and then it becomes hard, but rewarding and fun work. 

I've helped over two hundred families so far relieving them of some of the emotional and financial burden that accompanies a death of a loved one, using Lincoln's Funeral Advantage Plan. Plus, the plan includes a free membership in the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society, which will help things go smoothly with their funeral arrangements.

The training and communication has exceeded my expectations. Their exclusive lead system has been very easy to work and manage.

I've had previous sales experience and professional training with other insurance companies, but they don't hold a candle to Adam Hale's system. 

I've found if you are genuine, honest, putting your clients needs before your own. As well as putting in the necessary time for education, training, and be coachable. Great things will start to happen for you. Sometimes people have a hard time leaving their ego at the door, and don't have an open mind to learn a new system.

Lincoln Heritage is the #1 Final Expense Company in America. They didn't get there by not delivering on what they say and do. Adam has helped me along with hundreds of others get started on a very rewarding career. I'm proud to be a part of Adam Hale & Associates.

I did not work with Adam or the gentleman that filed the complaint. I don't even work in the same states that they are in.

 

After reading his story I was shocked, because it is Exactly what my experience was with Lincoln Heritage. The more I read other complaints with agencies accross the Nation with Lincoln Heritage all of the complaints, I personally experienced myself.

 

My goal in taking time to do this is to warn future candidates and to hopefully wake the company up to make it a Win Win for the hard working agents as well.

 

Liars and Thieves was my exact experience.

My name is Adam and I am a Senior Regional Manager that is listed in this above report.  I started in 2008 with no money to my name, in debt to almost everyone that I knew and in a position where every day that I did not sell, there was a chance my children would not have food to eat.  I understood that 1099 sales positions have a high turnover, because not everyone is cut out to own their own business.  But I also understood that other people were making hundreds of thousands a year based on hard work, consistency, determination, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful.  I chose this company because they said they would provide the necessary training, marketing, and career where I was in control of my check.

Per an article in the Wall Street Journal in 2010, “Seventy percent of agents earn less than $35,000 in their second year,” but the average median income of a producer for Golden Memorial earns $68,172 a year.  Personally, I made over $121,000 my first 9 months as a producer with ZERO experience, in fact my second year I made over $284,000.  Now is that typical or is that what everyone is going to do?  No, but we give you the tools and the opportunity!

Our business is based on direct mail and television leads that insurance carrier finances at a subsidized cost.  Meaning that they do not make money on leads and neither does any manager within our organization.  The leads are a means of getting us in front of people that have a genuine interest in protecting their loved ones.  Will agents get people that say they did not send the lead in?  Yes, but when agents understand that not everyone is going to allow them to do a presentation and not everyone is going to welcome them with open arms they will not be hurt by the rejection.  Every sales person MUST be able to handle rejection with a smile and understand it is a part of what we do.

No one here wants to see agents fail and we will do everything in our power to ensure their success.  We put a lot of time, energy, and effort into every agent we work with because we want to see them succeed.  We will give them whatever level of training and support they need in order for them to reach their goals, but we cannot go out and do the work for them or force them follow our proven system that we have in place.  It’s up to each individual to put in the time, communicate, hold themselves accountable and ask for help when needed.  Those who have embraced our system have had tremendous results.  Some of our top agents have even written over 60 policies in a MONTH using our training, support, and lead program. 

As far as you saying we are Multi-level you are wrong.  Not just anyone can become a manager or hire, hire, hire as you so put it.  You have to earn a management position through production and by proving that you are manager material.  No “struggling” agent would ever even be in an opportunity to hire or recruit, so in your statement you are incorrect.  You can earn overrides if you are a manager within our company, just like most other insurance companies.  But we are very selective in the people that we promote into management and there is a great deal of responsibility, liability, and extra work that goes into being a manager.

I’m sorry you were unable to be successful within our agency and company.   We are not perfect by any measure and strive to improve daily.  Our company is not a great fit for everyone and not everyone will be successful with us, but to call us liars and thieves is not only unprofessional, it’s childish.  Many of the statements that were made in your report were false and certainly done with bad intentions.  I understand your frustration, but would hate to see someone that would be a great fit be detoured based on your statements.
