Linde North America Terminated me because I would not Violate D.O.T. Regulations Woodward, Oklahoma
This company will promise you the world... That is until you cut all ties and relocate to go to work..
Then as soon as you don't fit their mold,or if you refuse to do something,even if that something Violates' Federal law and could destroy your career. Your Fired.
And if you do, do it and get caught.. They will wash their hands of you anyway.
And they think its 'Ok' because...."Its their company policy"
I will end this now before I put something that I might regret..
Just watch yourself with this company.
They are alway right.... Even if they are wrong.

So let me ask you. Why did you not report this to the NOC or higher ups in New Jersey? I have worked for this company for a long time. And while I am NOT a company "cheerleader" by any means, they DO NOT nor will they EVER ask you to violate DOT HOS. And if they do, ya just tell them NO, followed by "Hell, NO" and it works every time. There is a lot more to this story. We have EOBR's, no lies, no exceptions, it's all there for the world to see.
