My wedding was on June 3, 2006. We finally got our wedding album, along with parent albums in December. As I said above, we had a horrible time trying to be compensated for the problems we encountered. They had told us that we could give them negatives of wedding pictures our family and friends took at the wedding and they would include them in our album for no charge. We were able to find one of our first dance that my husband's stepmother took and one of the head table. Reluctantly, we gave them the negatives knowing they would not be of the same quality, but figured they would come close. HA! Not! They printed them in black and white (the rest of the album was in color) and they were incredibly grainy. Out of curiosity, my husband took the negatives to a camera shop and asked them to make reprints. When we got them back we were totally shocked. They came out really nice. They were in color, no red eye, and far less grainy. My husband took those pictures and our wedding album back to the main office in Jenkintown and TOLD them they were to remove the horrible black and whites and put in the much better color versions and that he wanted it done with in the week. They honored our request, I think only to get rid of us. We rode their backs constantly through out the whole wedding album night mare. We're still not satisfied completely with our album. But it's better than nothing I guess. But, every time I sit down to look at it, I am reminded of the wonderful pictures that should have been in it, and I relive this whole miserable experience. Despite the problems with the pictures, my wedding was still beautiful. I just wish my wedding album portrayed that. Isn't that what it's for?
