I have an elderly family member in Clearwater, FL who uses Suntrust Bank. She and I both have had multiple issues with TELLER 2, Lindsay Ford. She's been very rude, unattentive, sassy and just simply unprofessional. I've tries several times to make complaints but nothing has been done by the bank or any online services that I have made a complaint with. I have dealt with plenty of bank tellers and cashiers and representatives and bosses and they have all been nothing but amazing. I have never dealt with someone who was supposed to be considered a professional who was treated me and multiple members of my family like complete garbage and trash and I don't believe that she has deserves a job working at a professional business such as a bank. I have looked into her background in Pennsylvania because that has been her previous residence and shes been a drug user and a stripper for multiple years. she has five children by five different men all of which she cannot support, one of which she has given away to the grandparents and she's living in a shelter with the rest. I can't believe that Sun Trust doesn't do more serious background checks into their employers especially in a bank when they cannot trust the employee that they have working for them who has been known to steal money from other jobs in the past. I really believe that SunTrust in Clearwater should really look into this matter as I believe she is completely unprofessional and the way she has dealt with me and multiple other people has proved that and that is the reason why I further looked into her background and found out all these things. if this isn't investigated further I will make sure that I keep fighting to get rude horrible people like this with drug history and theft history from other drives unemployed from what is supposed to be a professional job as a bank teller who is around money.

THANKS TO THIS DISRESPECTFUL PIECE OF TRASH YOU HAVE LOST LADY LONG TIME MEMBERS AND CUSTOMERS OF YOUR BANK WHO HAVE BEEN VERY FAITHFUL AND NOTHING BUT POLITE AND GIVEN YOUR BANK MULTIPLE CHANCES AFTER THIS DISRESPECTFUL YOUNG WOMAN OR SHOULD I SAY TRASH HAS TREATED US VERY VERY WRONG. FIRE LINDSAY FORD TELLER 2 CLEARWATER FL.SUNTRUST BANK OR YOU WILL LOSE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! WAY TO IMMATURE AND HAS WAY TO MUCH OF A DE MEANING HISTORY TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL JOB LIKE THIS LIKE I SAID I WILL BE SWITCHING OVER BANKS ME AND MULTIPLE MEMBERS OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY TOMORROW!!
