In the middle of 2013, i received a letter telling me that i owed $6000+ dollars for a fire that this firm said happened 10/9/2012. and i owed this money to the city of chicago. I became frantic, not knowing what to do. So i called this company, to inform them i was longer the owner of this property 5642 S Loomis Chicago. Well, they were able to obtain from public records that it showed the chain of title that my name appeared on the record, which i am aware of, as became suspicious of theses charges. that is when i deciced to searched on line in the public records for the city of chicago for any fires at 5642 S Loomis Chicago,il, and just as i suspected there aren't any report of any fires. While reviewing the documnts that this firms had been sending me, the first letter shows that an address 5636 but the 36was crossed out and 42 was written over the 36, and then the second time the same letter was sent showed the original adddress 5636 S Loomis Chicago, IL. That is when i did some research of 5636 S Loomis Chicago,Il that is when i discovered that there was a fire at 5636 S Loomis Chicago,Il, meanwhile i decied to do research of this company, that is when i found your website showing all of the complaints. so i came to the conclusion that this so called firm is nothing more than scam.
