 I have received a bill from Linbarger, Goggan, Blair and Sampson for to;;s not paid.  I bought a new car in June 2015 and the toll tag from the old car went on the new car.  After driving through the many tolls in Houston, I received a $158.75 bill. 

Funny thing is, they have been billing my HCTRA account everytime I go thru a toll yet, the law firm has taken it upon itself to fine me 5 seperate times at the tune of $26.50 and then there are 2 invoices for tolls.  According to my print out, they are still deducting tolls from my eztag and they are trying to double bill me. 

I have been trying to contact Linebarger and they place me on never ending hold...An hour and a hlaf this moring and still did not reach anyone,.  I am entitled to a hearing and discovery and they are trying to supercede this...I guess I'll have to take them to small claims court as tnow I'm not able to receive another tag until this amount is paid and I have been paying the tolls the whole time...CROOKS....
