Lisa Henson (@lahenson on Poshmark) is a scammer who falsified information in order to return an order that clearly just didn't fit her the way she wanted. She is totally malicious and ridiculously rude - DO NOT sell to or buy from her! She bought a dress from me, and waited 2 full days after it was delivered to open a return case, stating the size tag was missing and that my measurements of the length were 3 inches off (for all I know, she could have already worn it once by then). Bust and waist measurements were not debated, because they were correct. She used the length as leverage to state that it was the wrong size. Size has nothing to do with length, as any person with an ounce of sense would agree - probably even her, if she had put more than a few short seconds into concocting her story.

Twice I contacted her, before and after shipping, to thank her for her purchase and let her know I had shipped. Never heard a word. I shipped next-day and included a handwritten note. After she opened the case, I once again contacted her extremely politely to apologize, which she also ignored. Upon opening the return case, she included a picture with the top part of her measuring tape cut off (about 10 inches of it!). Pure proof that this woman is a scammer.

The only time she ever had the decency (and I use this word lightly) to communicate with me was on the return case thread, where she was extremely accusatory and rude. I stated in my defense that I included in the listing that the size tag was missing (since she had mentioned this as a reason for returning), and that my estimation of size was based on the measurements. She responded that I should have mentioned that the measurements were an estimation. ???? Extremely manipulative behavior, putting words in my mouth. I can think of no other reason for her to be so condescending other than that she has to live with herself every day. Look on this woman's listings, and she even uses the word 'approximately' with her own measurements. Eventually, she returned the dress to me, stuffed carelessly into a mailer. I re-measured and the measurements from my listing were correct. I received every penny from this transaction that I was owed. Times must be hard if she has to falsify a return for an under-$20 dress she regretted buying.

Judging by her pictures, she should spend a little less on makeup and a little more on actually living with the purchases she regrets and not choosing unethically to scam the seller.
