We are a 2 agent team that closes about 80 deals per year with a high customer satisfaction rate. We have 165 5-star reviews and climbing. We paid this company $5000 in exchange for the guarantee of getting us 1-2 listing appointments per week. This did not happen at all, right from the beginning.
When we asked for a refund, they refused saying it was our fault that we did not get the appointments. They also lied to us saying of all the bad leads that they sent us, have resulted in listed properties and closes. This was 100% false. This is a scam company.
Do your research and you will see. We are disappointed in ourselves that we did not research them enough. Terrible company and we wasted over $5000 for nothing.
