Hi Judy you wrote; "I am a simple female with a simple income and have tried to talk with the company in resolution to the problem but there is no talking to them. Companies such as this should be forced to lose it all". Sorry to hear your story but you are not alone. There are many groups and open forums available for you where you can receive support and the knowledge to fight back. Just do a search on groups against Litton Loan, etc., and feel free to join any of the Yahoo groups. There are 2 for Litton Loan alone. To bring you up to date there are already 2 class-actions complaints filed against Litton Loan Servicing and their parent company, C-Bass. Do not despair there is help. And here at RipOff there was a post about a potential class-action in New York. Tons of other stuff going on. Noticed in your post you mentioned a Benny Hibler, I fondly calll him HITLER; "have been told by Mr. Benny Hibler at least 4 different dates of foreclosure sales who is with their executive resolution team and by the way this foreclosure took place after I was returned a check for payments to" now you know why. No one from Litton Loan ever gives you a straight answer. Maybe they did not read their daily notes on how to speak to a victim who is turning into a fighter. Start a paper trail, make notes, copy everything, contact your state's Attorney General and file a complaint, send a RESPA letter, (accounting request of your account). Also since there is the issue of your having been flipped from Ocwen, suggest you check out Ocwen here at RipOff. They also have a class action and it is in court in Chicago, IL already. You are not alone, and I look forward to you joining in the fight at one or all of the groups. May God grace you and your family with strength and courage, together as one big voice we will win!
