Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After fighting cancer three years ago, my home went into foreclosure. Ameriquest was my mortgager. They sold my loan to countrywide who set a replayment plan up for me of $864 a month (this may be a few dollars more or less- papers are turned over to the FTC).

I was with the company for five or six months and paid all payments on time so that I could keep my home. Countrywide sold my loan then to Litton Loan Servicing. Now the nightmare begins.

I receive a call from Litton, not knowing my loan was transferred to them. They said I missed a payment and my loan was back into foreclosure. I made a payment during the transition to Countrywide and they in turn supposedly sent it to Litton.

I was told by Rodriguz of Litton Loans that my house will be sold in auction if I do not set up another payment plan. They put my payment up to 1224.00 a month.

At this point the loan should not be in foreclosure.

As I was paying my 1224 a month Litton sent me bills that and a letter that stated I did not have insurance when insurance should have been taken out of my payments. A way they make money. As a wise man once told me - "They would not be in the business of saving homes if there was no money in it for them".

Now my loan was back in foreclosure and I being a trusting person that I am believed them when they told me I would be very much qualified for a loan modification. I sent them papers immediately with them periodically saying they did not receive them, or other documents I sent just to prolong my problem and cause me more distress.

As I was getting more suspicious of their actions, I asked for a copy of all my payments and charges they have on my bill, which they to this day never sent me. I did receive after my sale date of Dec. 29th was set, that I owed over 21000.

They told me two weeks ago possibly three at the most that my modification was denied because my loan was in securities. As I am going through all of this I noticed on the Clerk of Courts records that JPMORGAN Chase bank is suing me for foreclosure. As I looked in the system I noticed the lawyer for Litton has many casing of foreclosure on the docket in Licking County.

As I was noticing this, I also noticed that over three quarters of the foreclosures were from Litton Loan Servicing. My heart went into my stomach. I knew I was doomed then.

I called once more to see if I could set up a repayment plan. now mind you if they would have done this from the beginning I would be paying no more than 1300 a month but instead they took their time.

Jill S. said that if I put 5500 down I could pay 1550 a month and her supervisor ok'd the plan and now all Jill had to do is get with JPMORGAN or a underwriter or someone.

I told her to email me so I could check my emails at work adn I will try and call her as soon as I can. If she called me I would be at work until the time she left for the day and she told me she would do that.

Instead she purposely called me at home and did not email me. Let me explain something else. She said we would get this settled in two days (before the month end 11/30). Now I find this interesting it would only take two days when as the money was being added to what I owed it took three months to get an answer on a loan mod.

Back to the repay plan. I emailed her on Friday and she said she called me and when I said she told me she would email me, she said she was not allowed anymore.

Then she left me a message on the phone Dec. 1st which said and I quote,"I did get the repayment plan ok'ed for you and it is still open if you want to do it." I was still at work and she had the nerve to say I had to have papers signed and money sent right away for it to happen. I was stuck.

I then proceeded to email her again and she said all must be in writing sent or faxed over. Number one: why would I do that when they say they do not get the faxes anyway.

Throughout the process, I talked to a total of four people even the executive Benny Hibler or someass like that. He was another who said the modification looked good and I got everything in quickly and I should here a answer soon.

Even the phone conversation I kept he said that his people should have gotten back with me with an answer. I still did not get an answer a month after talking with him.

I have contacted many government agencies who are looking into the matter but I need help with getting a lawyer who would like to sue the s**t out of these people. I understand I have up to two years after the foreclosure to do so. I do not want others to go through the same thing.

It is sad that cancer was the easiest thing I have gone through but why bother when I loose my house and become homeless. Please help if you can.

C-bass is the company I mentioned above that made the $$$$$$$$. They and Litton are in this together. Homework: Look on your county courts and see how many lawyers are filing foreclosures on company's and I bet over half are Litton Loan Servicing. Thank you for all emails and comments.

They are actually the investor who has the mortgage. I say if they are letting Litton Scam people then they should be added to lawsuits and other things as well. I have dealt with JPMorgan Chase Bank before and not encountered problems. But now like the others they are in it for the buck. By the way. Interesting look if you go to the website of c-ball. They have over the past last year made over five hundred million dollars. Looks to me like they want you homes quickly doesn't it. I mean think about it. People are loosing their homes and they are in it for the buck. Remember the wise man saying, "They would not be in it if they were not making a great deal of money themselves."
