In 2016 I paid for a marketing service and an animated video to be provided by LiveMailers in Las Vegas (Philippines).  They promised to send out 500 new emails per day and to respond to 500 previously sent emails each day for a total of 1,000 emails/day by their team.  They also promised to provide an animated video for the $1,500 I paid up front.  They required that I pay up front for the service.

I completed all of their lengthy forms with details about what we do and about what we wanted communicated in the emails.  I also worked on the contents and the script for an animated video.

NOTHING was ever done!  I worked with Cecile Quinsay and Radje Bahide and a number of other people (who were continuously changing and who never were available and who never got back to me) and I showed an extreme amount of patience but I never got one single lead!  Nothing!  I also never got one frame of a video that I had paid for.

Also, 6 months after I paid the full amount and still had not received ANYTHING, I saw on my credit card statement that LiveMailers had billed my credit card their ongoing monthly fee of $500 for continued services after the initial work was done.  What a ripoff!  What thieves!  What a fraud Mr. Sinclair is!  Thank goodness I saw it and told the credit card company NOT to pay it!  However, I waited too long to dispute the original charge because I had faith that they were going to follow-through and do the work I had paid them for.  So, I was not able to get the initial investment of $1,500 back!

I EVENTUALLY got a tepid apology and a referral to some other companies that might be able to help me when they finally told me they weren't going to do anything for me.  That was it!  Mr. Sinclair is a fraud and ne never intends on living up to what Americans have come to expect from business owners.  My advice to people who are thinking about doing business with LiveMailers or whatever their new name is: RUN FOR YOUR LIVE!!!
